1. Prepare platelet poor plasma (PPP) within 1 hour of collection. Centrifuge citrated blood at 3500rpm for 15 minutes. Separate plasma into a plain screw capped vial. Platelet count should be less than 10x10^3/μL.
2. Freeze at – 20°C with dry ice.
